How can I register an account?

You can create an account by filling in the registration form here or at checkout (select the “Register and checkout” option). Once the form is submitted, you will receive a verification email to your mailbox. Click on “Verify my email” to complete registration.

You can also register using your Facebook account (“Sign up with Facebook” option) by entering your Facebook login credentials.

How can I sign in?

You can sign in here with existing credentials or you can choose the “Sign In with Facebook” option to login using Facebook credentials.

How can I change my password?

If you have already signed in to your account, go to My profile and open the Profile tab.

Click on “Edit Info”, fill in the Password and Confirm Password fields and click “Save”.

How can I reset my password?

Password reset can be triggered by clicking on the “I forgot my password” button on the Sign In page, which will redirect you to the Forgot password page. Enter your email and click “Reset Password”. You will be sent an email with a link and instructions that will guide you through the process to reset your password.

How can I buy a FunZone card?

FunZone cards can be purchased here.

Start by selecting your location.  Select your desired cash value and the number of cards you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”

Complete your checkout and check your mailbox. 

A confirmation email, with a purchase receipt and barcodes, will be sent to your registration email. 

Upon arrival at your FunZone front desk, simply present your purchase confirmation email to a FunZone employee in exchange for your physical FunZone playcards.

How to reload a FunZone card?

You should be signed into your account in order to reload a card.

Once signed in, go this page.

Start by selecting your location. Next, select your desired cash value. Then, click “Add to Cart”. Once you’ve completed checkout, your credits will be added to your card.

Can I purchase or reload cards from different locations?

You can buy or reload cards from different locations by completing separate orders on site, one order per location.

Can I reload multiple cards in one order?

Yes, multiple cards can be reloaded at the same time, as long as the cards belong to the same location.

How many cards can I have at one location?

You can have a limit of 5 cards assigned to the same FunZone location.

How can I check my FunZone card balance?

Your card balance can be checked here. Enter the details of your FunZone card (card number and CVV) and click on “Check card balance”.

Card balances can be also checked under the Cards tab in the My Profile area.

Can I purchase a card as a guest?

No, you must have an active account in order to purchase a FunZone card.

Can I edit my personal details?

Yes. On the “Profile” menu, click on “Edit Info”.  This will open a form where you can edit your details. Click “Submit” to save your changes.

Where can I check my FunZone Cards?

Go to My Profile page from the FunZone Rewards dropdown menu and click on “FunZone Cards”. This will display all FunZone cards associated with your account.

Can I transfer balance from one card to another?

Yes, balances on cards issued at the same location can be transferred from one card to another.

Can I add a physical FunZone card to My Profile?

Yes. To add a physical FunZone card to your profile, go to the “FunZone Cards” menu. Click on the “Add now” button and enter your card details.

How can I add a family member?

To add family members, go to the “Family” tab in your profile and click on “Add”. Fill out the form that appears and click “Save”. A FunZone card must be assigned to each family member.

Can I share FunZone cards with my family?

Yes, you can share FunZone card with your family in two ways:

  1.  Assign a card while adding them as family member.
  2.  On the “FunZone Cards” menu, click on “Assigned to:” and select a family member

Can I remove a card from My Profile?

Yes, on the “FunZone Cards” menu, click on “Discard” to remove a card from your account.

How can I use promotional offers?

All promotional offers are visible under the “Exclusive Offers” menu. Click on the “Claim this offer” button to claim a promotion.

Can I check my orders history?

You can check your orders history under the “Purchases” menu. You can click on the “View receipt and voucher” / “View receipt” to view the order invoice containing details of the completed order.
